Positive India:Raipur:On 1st October that is on Oath Day, the students of Shantiniketan Public School and Shatiniketan college took the Oath of “No Plastic”. On the behest of Prime Minister Narendra Modi, an extensive Anti Plastic campaign is going on to free India from the menace of first use of plastics.
Before the eve of Gandhi Jayanti on 2nd October,Smart City of Raipur drove an Oath campaign. As part of this “No Plastic Campaign”, Shantiniketan College under the guidance of its director Mukesh Gupta and principal Vanshi lal Surge and ,Anirudh Tiwari organized Sankalp Diwas.
In Shantiniketan school, Vice Principal Anurag Tiwari administered this Oath to students. He reminded the students about the menace of plastics to our mother earth,so we must stop the use of plastics.
Asst Professor Amita Jha administered the “No Plastic Oath” to college students.
All the teaching staff of both school and college were present on this occasion.
