Serial Rapist of Minor Girls Arrested

Positive India:Meerut: A heinous crime took place in Meerut, where a 63 years old sexually perverted man was repeatedly raping minor girls for the last two years. This rapist Vimal Chand was living in Jagriti Vihar colony in Meerut. On the pretext of helping poor girls, he has employed them as domestic help. He used yo provide food, clothes and shelters to these girls. Horror and ordeal starts for these minors when Vimal Chand starts raping and sexually abusing these girls.
For the last two years, he used to rape these poor girls and even his neighbours could not have whiff of it.
This heinous crime came to light when one of the CCTV cameras malfunctioned. A CCTV camera technician came to repair the camera. He was shocked to see the recording. But soon a sense of greediness crept in him and he started blackmailing the rapist Vimal Chand to extort money from him. Vimal took police help and technician Ashu landed in police station. From where this heinous crime unfolded. Meerut police took the cognizance and arrested the serial rapist Vimal Chand and extortionist Ashu Kashyap.
Meerut police has traced six minor girls. They are as young as 10 years.
The serial rapist Vimal Chand is a retired executive. He was leading a lavish life style. He used to frequent one temple where he was showering his help in the form of food, clothes and money to poor girls. People started recognising him as a social activist who is helping poor girls. From here, he started his foul game of rape and sexual assault. He got installed CCTV cameras even in bathrooms to see and pacify his sexual perversion.
