PM Modi Will Address The Nation Today On COVID-19 Pandemic

The Prime Minister of India, Narendra Modi will address the nation today i.e 24 March 2020 at 8 PM on issues relating to the menace of COVID-19.

Earlier PM Modi has addressed the nation on last Friday and urged Indians to observe #JantaCurfew on 22nd March-2020 from 7AM to 9PM to break the #coronavirus cycle. PM Modi also asked India to be prepared for #Lockdown for a few weeks so that India can fight #Corona.

Entire India responded and 1.3 billion Indians observed self imposed #JantaCurfew. People also gave huge thanks to #CoronaWarriors like doctors, nurses, medicoes, police, cleaning personnel by mass clappins,mass ringing the bells, thalis and enconching for 5 minutes from 5pm to 5.05pm on 22nd March.

After 22nd March 30 states and Union Territories have declared complete #Lockdown and Maharastra, Punjab, Delhi, Chandigarh and Chhattisgarh have clamped Curfew so that people can #StayHome to prevent #COVID-19.

But, seeing some people violating lockdown and not taking Coronavirus as a serious threat, PM Modi has decided to once again address the nation regarding the seriousness of COVID-19 pandemic in India.
In a tweet, the PM Modi said “Will address the nation at 8 PM today, 24th March 2020, on vital aspects relating to the menace of COVID-19.”

PM Modi tweeted,
“वैश्विक महामारी कोरोना वायरस के बढ़ते प्रकोप के संबंध में कुछ महत्वपूर्ण बातें देशवासियों के साथ साझा करूंगा। आज, 24 मार्च रात 8 बजे देश को संबोधित करूंगा।”
