Ola Bike Driver Beats Customer:FIR Registered

Positive India: Raipur: Ola Cab bike driver has thrashed a minor customer at Raipur railway station.
A 17 years young boy has booked an Ola Bike. Ola Bike driver Suraj Verma reached the spot at Railway station. Driver Suraj Verma was not wearing the helmet. The young customer asked for helmet, which was refused by Ola Bike driver.
Even, Ola bike driver was not wearing the helmet! Seeing this and thinking of his security,the young customer cancelled the booking. The cancellation of booking infuriated the Ola driver Suraj Verma. He started abusing and beating the minor customer.
After getting medical examination, Raipur police registered an FIR against Ola Bike driver Suraj Kumar on 11th May uner section-294(causing annoyance to others) and under 323 of IPC(voluntary causing hurt). The OLA driver got bail from police station itself.
The big questions are:
1)How Ola Cab bike is permitting its driver to ride without wearing helmet?
2)Why Raipur police is lenient towards Ola bike driver who was not wearing helmet and also thrashed minor on questioning helmet.
3)What action Ola is taking agsinst Suraj Verma, the Ola bike driver who is driving against Indian lawas?
