NHMMI Donates Ventilators and Covid Kits To CG Govt

Amid Corona crisis, NHMMI Narayana Superspeciality Hospital has donated Ventilators and COVID-19 Kits to the govt of Chhattisgarh.
Health Minister T.S.Singhdeo was present as Chief Guest in a simple handing over ceremony of Ventilators. Health Minister Singhdeo appreciated the helping hand gesture of NHMMI Narayana hospital. He even appreciated the vision of Dr.Deviprasad Shetty-the Founder Chairman of Narayana Health. NHMMI Facility Director Naveen Sharma handed over the Ventilators and further promised to provide expert human resources to help contain COVID-19 in Chhattisgarh state. Health Minister T.S.Singhdeo was very much concerned about the Peak of Corona in Chhattisgarh in the next 2 months.Accordingly, he is making efforts with the help of corporate hospitals to take COVID-19 head on in Chhattisgarh with full Covid Care infrastructure.Health Minister has directed CG Health Department to make available donated Ventilators and PPE kits in Mecahara hospital for COVID-19 patients.
Health secretary Niharika Barik Singh expressed her pleasure and further requested to provide human resource assistance and expertise for the smooth running of COVID Care ICU in Mana, Raipur. On behalf of Narayana Health, FD Naveen Sharma readily agreed to provide required help.
Facility Director Naveen Sharma delineated the priorities of Narayana Health in Chhattisgarh during on going Corona Crisis. He told that NHMMI has created a separate dedicated COVID Care Centre,with separate entrance and exit for both doctors and patients. Hodpital has taken two hotels and converted these into COVID Care hospitals.Not only this, NHMMI is providing its expert advice and monitoring to home isolated patients as per ICMR guidelines and Chhattisgarh Govt’s directives.
In an exclusive Interview,Naveen Sharma reiterated that NHMMI is translating the vision of Dr.Deviprasad Shetty to provide Quality Healthcare Services at Affordable Costs to the people of Chhattisgarh.
