Positive India: IAS Shiv Anant Tayal today takes charge as Commissioner-Raipur Municipal Corporation.He belongs to 2012 batch of IAS officers. He will head Raipur Smart City Ltd as Managing Director. RASCL is engaged in making Raipur Mor Smart with the People Participation in various ongoing projects.
