Modi Govt has constituted A COVID-19 Fact Check Unit (FCU) in PIB(Press Information Bureau).
under the Ministry of Information & Broadcasting. The unit has become operational from today. It will receive messages by email at pibfactcheck@gmail.com to send response in a defined time-frame. The official version of any news on COVID-19 can be obtained from the Unit.
This COVID-19 Fact Check Unit is headed by Nitin Wakankar, DG, PIB.
