In Chhattisgarh, poll will be held in two phases. In first phase, polls in 18 constituencies of Naxal hit areas will be held on 12th November. Polls in remaining 72 constituencies will be held on 20th November.
Madhya Pradesh and Mizoram will go on polls on 28th November in a single phase.
In Rajasthan and Telangana, polls will be held on 7th December-2018.
In Chhattisgarh, MP and Rajasthan, there is direct fight between BJP and Congress. In these three states, BJP is in power and Congress is dependent on anti-incumbency factor. In Mizoram, Congress is in power. Here BJP will try to dislodge Congress and spread its rule in North Eastern states.
EC has told in press conference that advance VVPATS will be used for free and fare election in these states.
