Congress Releases Election Menifesto-2019
Zero Permission for new businesses for three years

Positive India: Congress president Rahul Gandhi and Smt Sonia Gandhi has released Election Menifesto-2019. The menifesto concentrates upon five major points as under:
1)Minimum Basic Income: Poors will be given direct benefit of Rs.72000/month.
2)Jobs:22lacs job vacancies lying vacant with various govt departments will be filled up by March 20;2020. 10 lacs village panchayat jobs will be filled up
3)150 mandays jobs will be guaranteed per year under MNREGA instead of 100 days.
Not only this if any younster is starting any business venture, there will be zero permissiom.
If somebody is starting business venture and gives employmentto youths, there will be Zero permission for initial three years.
4) Universal Health Care will be provided to all poors with highest quality.
5)Bank loan defaults by farmers will be made a civil offence instead of criminal offence.
