Lo! Inevitable has happened. @INCIndia has decided to malign the image of CJI Deepak Mishra through impeachment. Congress says that Indian democracy is in danger and this danger is because of Chief Justice of India. It seems that from now onwards Rahul Gandhi and his team of shrinking INC will start persecuting the judges of India, especially CJI Deepak Mishra because he has not delivered his judgement of the likes of Rahul Gandhi.
Rahul Gandhi says in his tweet in reference to judge Loya,” There is no hope left, everything is managed.” It is clear indication that Congress is about set a sense of anarchy in Indian states becauae of its vested interest ; and that vested interest is to dethrone Narendra Modi govt in 2019 by hook or crook. Is it wise on part of Congress to damage the credibility of judiary?thats too without any evidence!!
Step to impeach CJI will prove as a suicidal attempt by INC. Rahul Gandhi and his stalwarts know well that nothing will happen to CJI , as Congress doesn’t has any majority in Loksabha. So, by damaging the institution of Supreme Court of India, Rahul Gandhi wants to damage the image of PM Narendra Modi. Will Rahul Gandhi succeed in his mission to dethone Modi govt at the expense of judiciary? Time will tell.
