Positive India:Raipur-Prime Minister Narendra Modi reached Swami Vivekananda Airport (Mana) of capital city Raipur today morning via special flight. Chief Minister Bhupesh Baghel accorded warm welcome to the Prime Minister by presenting him a rose button. On the occasion, Prime Minister Narendra Modi congratulated Chief Minister Baghel for constituting and leading the new government. It is Prime Minister Modi’s first visit to the state after formation of Bhupesh Baghel’s government. Chief Minister heartily welcomed Prime Minister, on behalf of people of the state.
It is noteworthy that after brief stay at Swami Vivekananda Airport, Raipur today morning, Prime Minister Narendra Modi left for Balangir (Odisha) via helicopter of Indian Air Force. Prime Minister will return to Raipur via helicopter in the afternoon today, and thereafter he would leave for Trivandrum (Kerala) via special flight.
Along with Chief Minister Baghel, Ex-Chief Minister Dr Raman Singh, Member of Rajya Sabha Ramvichar Netam, Ex- Speaker Vidhan Sabha Dharamlal Kaushik and Gaurishankar Agrawal, Ex-Minister Brijmohan Agrawal and Rajesh Moonat, Chief Secretary Sunil Kumar Kujur, Director General of Police DM Awasthi, Raipur Division Commissioner GR Churendra, Inspector General of Police Raipur Range Anand Chhabda, Collector Dr Basavraju S, Superintendent of Police (SP) Mrs. Neethu Kamal, and other public representatives also welcome Prime Minister Narendra Modi with bouquets.
