Chief Minister pays tribute to Chakravarty Rajgopalachari on his death anniversary

Chief Minister Mr. Bhupesh Baghel has paid courteous tribute to Bharat Ratna and the first Governor of Independent India Chakravarty Rajgopalachari today on his death anniversary. Shri Rajgopalachari was a great leader, advocate, litterateur, visionary, freedom fighter and a philosopher. He made invaluable contribution in building the Independent India. Rajgopalachari ji used to openly criticize and oppose caste discrimination. His consistent efforts made it possible for Dalits to enter temples. He also made efforts to relieve farmers from the burden of loans. He was also dedicated to serve literature. He translated many Indian Proses in English
