CG Police Raided Dr.Puneet Gupta’s Hospital

Positive India:Raipur Police under SP Arif Sheikh raided the private hospital of Dr.Puneet Gupta in connection with an alleged fraud case of Rs.50 crores related with DKS Superspeciality Hospital in Raipur-Chhattisgarh.
Dr.Puneet Gupta is son-in-law of Ex CM Dr.Raman Singh. He was Superintendent of DKS Superspeciality Hospital from 2003 to 2018. New DKS Superspeciality Hospital took shape under his supervision. Here lies the problem. It is alleged that Dr.Gupta has made financial fraud of Rs.50 crores related to hospital equipments, machineries and other related work. He was transferred to Ambedkar Hospital as punishment ever since Bhupesh Baghel Govt came to power.Dr.K.K.Sahare has been given the charge of DKS.Superspeciality Hospital.It is Dr.Sahare, who registered FIR against Dr.Puneet Gupta under section 420, 467, 468 and 120B.
In fact, Dr.Gupta tried to take anticipatory bail to evade but all in vain. Today, Raipur Police raided his hospital to search for Rs.50 ctores. Though Dr.Gupta has sought 20 days to appear before police with the help of his legal counsel but Raipur Police not only declined to give more time but raided his hospital too.
Coincidentally, today was the first day of filling nomination of MP Candidates, and Lo! hospital of Dr.Puneet Gupta raided his hospital. Let’s waite and watch the outcome.
