Breaking: Upper Quota Bill Passed By Rajyasabha.

Positive India:Big breaking for Indian politics and Indian in general as Rajyasabha has passed General Quota Bill meant for economically weaker section of upper casts. Loksabha has already passed this Quota Bill with thumping majority.
There was a little bit doubt as BJP does not have majority in Upper House that is Rajyasabha. Fortunately, Congress supported this bill and in Rajyasabha it was passed with 165 votes in favour and only 7 votes against it.
It is said that Quota Bill is master stroke of Narendra Modi Govt for forthcoming General Election of 2019. It was 124th Constitutional Amendments.
