Breaking: CBI Raids Ex-CM Bhupesh Baghel In Mahadev Betting Scam

CBI has raided the house of former chief minister of Chhattisgarh, Bhupesh Baghel. His residences both at Raipur and Bhilai have been raided.

This CBI raid is in connection with Mahadev Betting App, in which it has been alleged that Bhupesh Baghel has received more 500 crores from the promoters of Mahadev betting app.
This 500 crore was received as kickback and was utilised in election of Chhattisgarh.

Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI) sleuths are carrying out simultaneous raids since today that is Wednesday morning at the residential premises of former CM Bhupesh Baghel who is currently AICC General Secretary too.

Mahadev Online betting APP ‘ scam’ case is more 2000 crore scam done by Bhupesh Baghel govt in Chhattisgarh.

At the same time, CBI team is also conducting raids at the residences of three senior IPS officers: Anand Chhabra, Abhishek Pallava, and Arif Shaikh, Prashant Agrawal, Sanjay Dhruv.
House of former IAS Anil Tuteja has been raided too.

Not only this CBI team is searching premises of Congress MLA Devendra Yadav at Bhilai, Vinod Verma and Saumya Chaurasiya.

It is to be noted that E.D(Enforcement Directorate) has already conducted raids and registered FIR in money laundering case related to Mahadev betting app.

Now CBI has registered FIR of criminal offences in Mahadev betting app scam.
