Bhupesh Govt Orders Probe In 63.81 Crores Private Dental Scam
Five-member team will probe the expenditure of Rs 63.81 crore sanctioned for dental treatment in private hospitals.
Positive India:Raipur: Bhupesh Baghel Govt has constituted a five-member inter-departmental probe committee for a detailed examination and investigation regarding the expenditure of Rs 63.81 crore sanctioned to private hospitals for treatment of dental diseases. Principal Secretary Technical Education, Skill Development and Employment Renuji Pillai will be the chairman of the probe commitee. Principal Secretary Commerce and Industry and Forest Manoj Kumar Pingua, Secretary Health and Family Welfare Niharika Barik and Dr Mahesh Sinha and Dr Lalit Shah have been appointed as members of the committee.
This probe committee will ensure detailed examination of how the amount sanctioned by Health Department to private hospitals for dental treatment has been utilized and how many beneficiaries have been benefited by the same. After probing various aspects of the expenditure done, the committee will present report within one month. State Government’s General Administration Department has already issued the orders for formation of probe committee.
