Positive India: Bhupesh Baghel took the oath as third Chief Minister of Chhattisgarh. Governor Anandi Ben Patel administered the oath to Bhupesh Baghel. After 15 years of struggle, it was Bhupesh who brutally defeated BJP and today formed the Govt with more than two third majority.
