Positive India: 20 Artistes from Chhattisgarh’s Durg district showcased vast art and culture of Chhattisgarh in ‘Bharat Parv’ event organized at Red Fort in Delhi.
The artistes from cultural society ‘Ahiwara’ in Durg district showcased many performances during a program ‘Lok Dharohar’. The programme presented were Kabir Doha’s, Gaura-Gauri, Panthi dance, Sua dance, Jasgeet, Raut Nacha etc. Chhattisgarh Additional Resident Commissioner smt. Ritu Sen was present at the occasion. She also inspected food stall, handicraft and handloom stall of Chhattisgarh.
