Positive India: Kalpesh Yagnik- National Group Editor of The Dainik Bhasker committed suicide at Indore’ s Dainik Bhasker office. He jumped off from third floor of DB building. IPS Harinarayanchari Mishra told that foot print of Kalpesh Yagnik at the laft, where AC was placed, along with his shoe has been recovered. These sign clearly indicates that senior editor has committed suicide. His body was spotted by guard at around 10.30 pm yesterday that is on 13/7/2018. His ribs were broken and rushed to hospital. Unfortunately, he could not be saved.
What could have driven the National Group Editor Kalpesh Yagnik to commit suicide? It is the matter of investigation. With this suicide, there is deep sorrow not only in entire media circle but in reader’s circle too. Every body is shocked. This suicide paints a very grim picture of media houses clinched by corporates for their vested interests.
