It is simply not acceptable. One female IAS officer of Haryana cadre has levelled serious sexual abuse charges against her immediate boss who happens to be an Additional Secretary of Animal Husbandry Dept. When all her complaints fell on deaf ears of state’s Chief Secretary, she forwarded her complaint to Chandigarh Police and narrated her ordeal on Facebook of social media.
In her complaint, this young IAS officer of 28 years told that alleged senior IAS officer forced her to stay in his office till late in night upto 8 pm. On pretext of telling how to work on computer, his boss IAS tried to come close and touched her. On resisting his moves, he told her that he was explaining things to her in the same manner that things are explained to a newly wed bride.
Now, alleged IAS is putting pressure on her to withdraw her complaints otherwise he will spoil her ACR. Not only this, he has already withdrawan her security cover of police and threatened of dire consequences if she did not mend her ways.
Her ordeal did not stop here. On the instructions of this alleged IAS officer, even the driver masturbated in the car while she was travelling! OMG! If such kind of sexual harrasment can happen to female IAS officer in Haryana; what could happen to normal females? Is there anyone who will come to the rescue of this female IAS officer? When will this alleged IAS be punished?
