ICAI Organises CA KBC 2020 Hosted By CIRC

Positive India:Raipur:ICAI Organised CA KBC-2020 Hosted By CIRC.It was jointly organized with Bhilai and Bilaspur branch of ICAI. CA KBC-2020 was hosted by the Women Empowerment Committee, Raipur Branch for all the Chartered Accountants across the Chhattisgarh state.

This program was organised in three rounds. The first round was played between 18th July to 25th July wherein the Chartered Accountants of the state could get themselves registered by paying a small amount of entry fees.

For these seven days, the hosting committee posted one question everyday on the YouTube channel of ICAI Raipur branch and the participants were supposed to answer it through the Google forms.

11 contestants who answered the maximum number of questions right, got an opportunity to play the fastest finger first round on the Grand Finale held on 26 July 2020.

Out of these 11 contestants playing the Fastest Finger First Round, only 3 got the chance to play and got qualified for the hot seat round.

The hot seat round consisted of 7 questions and the contestant who answered the questions right held the opportunity to win cash prize.

CA Kishore Baradia,Chairman, Raipur branch, CA Vivek Agrawal, Chairman, Bilaspur branch and CA Amit Rai, Chairman, Bhilai branch appreciated the concept of the program and kick started this unique online quiz by addressing the live audience on the YouTube channel.

The 11 participants who qualified for the main event were CA Prakhar Jain, CA Gaurav Agrawal, CA Rajul Kumar Jajodia, CA Pankaj Kumar Jajodia, CA Avinash Tuteja, CA Prakhar Bansal, CA Krishna Moorarka, CA Ankit Gupta, CA Ankita Gandhi, CA Nitin Goyal and CA Ishu Agarwal.

Out of these 11, the lucky 3 who got eligible to play the Hot Seat Round were CA Nitin Goyal, CA Prakhar Jain and CA Ishu Agrawal.

CA Nitin Goyal answered all the 7 questions right and bagged maximum amount of cash prize. However CA Ishu Agrawal answered 5 questions right and also won the second highest Cash prize.

The whole event was organised through the digital medium, wherein the committee used digital tools like Video conferencing and WhatsApp.

No need to mention that the program was full of knowledge, fun and enthusiasm and was attended by more than 100 Chartered Accountants on YouTube Channel live. The CA fraternity appreciated the organisers and the host and motivated them to continue organising such unique events.
