JSPL Celebrates Yoga Day In Raipur

Positive India:Raipur:Jindal Steel and Power Limited held the yoga program today from 8:00 am
to 9:00 am at Haritage Park located in the factory Raipur unit, on the occasion of International Yoga
Day. On this occassion Suryoday Dubey-Head Personnel Department(JSPL), Vice President Corporate Affairs-JSPL, Uday Pratap Singh and other officials with their families were present to lead the Yoga Day celebrations. International Yoga Day was organized at Jindal Steel Steel and Power Ltd, Raipur today with simplicity and in dignified way.In this Yoga Day celebration, all the staff, children and officials gave their participation with full enthusiasm.
In this whole YOGA exercise, Yoga instructor Prem Singh gave the practical knowledge of physical and mental benefits of yoga. He shared his experiences along with the important initiatives such as Tadasana.He informed about the processes of Vrikshasan, Padastasana, Ardhikasaran, Trikonasan and
Utharangans and their importance to body. It is also stated that Yoga is the lifestyle of physical regulation for health benefits to keep body fit.
