4 ASI ,3 Constables and 11 Men Rape Minor And Her Mother In Haryana For 2 Months

Positive India: It seems that Haryana is becoming Rape State of India. As per TOI, 18 men raped a 15 years young minor girl and her mother for 2 Months in Kalayat town of Kaithal-Haryana.

This shocking rape has been done by non other than Assitant Sub Inspector Shamsher Singh, ASI Roshan Lal, ASI Dhanpati, ASI Bajir Singh, Head Constable Randeep , Constable Dilawar and Isham Singh. Not only this, current Sarpanch of Kalayat, Former Sarpanch and nine other men raped minor and her mother for two months.

Though FIR has been registered, No Arrests have been made so far. Kaithal SP Astha Modi has confirmed the FIR. What will happen to this society, if saviour will become savages?. It is putting a big question mark on our policing system. But who will stop or purge this system?
